Casual Pit Passes & Novice Driver Passes

Important: Please check you have selected the correct Club & Event, Pass Type and that all the Applicant information is correct. It is important to note that once a Pit Pass or Novice Driver Pass is purchased it is nonrefundable and non-transferable.

CASUAL PIT PASSES

Casual Pit Passes may be used as a Licence to allow entry of unlicensed people into the pits. Enclosed footwear is required. Please ensure when completing the application that you put in the name of the person who will be using the Casual Pit Pass.

The Casual Pit Pass are $10 per day NOT per event. Where the event is held over two or more days you will be given the option to select the number of days you wish to purchase a pass for.

When arriving at the track please attend registration to sign the indemnity form and receive an arm band.

Under 5yrs of age and over 90yrs of age are permitted but will be uninsured. Please do not complete the online application if you require a Casual Pit Pass for someone who falls into this age category. Please see the sign in volunteers at the event.

NOVICE DRIVER PASSES

Novice Driver Passes may be used as a Licence to allow a participant to practise in Unlicensed Practice. Please ensure when completing the application that you put in the name of the person that is practising.

Novice Driver Passes are $20 per event.  

We recommend you check with the club to ensure they are running unlicensed practise at the nominated event.

You are required to print the Novice Driver Form (available at https://www.aidka.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2024/02/AIDKA-Novice-Driver.pdf) When arriving at the track please attend registration to sign the indemnity form and receive an arm band.
