Attention Drivers, Please find pitting arrangements attached and instructions issued by Busselton Kart Club 2025 BKC pit allocationsDownload Please can you follow the below instructions. At all times, listen and follow the directions of the Club Officials during bump in on Thursday. Thursday Bump in 2:00pm – 8:00pmWhen you arrive at your required Bump in time you will be met by a Club Official just before the entrance to the pits.The Club Official will give you instructions on how to enter the pits and who will be helping you to get to your allocated location.A Club Official will help you at your location. When you arrive at your site, please position the trailer or tent, unpack as required and remove your vehicle as quickly as possible.You will be allowed back to your pit space to set yourself up as required but be aware vehicles will be moving around the pits throughout the afternoon. No Bikes / Scooters / skateboards / Drones will be tolerated during the Bump in process and throughout the event. If we come across any they will be confiscated for the duration of the event.PARENTS: Please keep an eye on your kids during the bump in period, we do not want any injuries! The Trailer Bump timetable has been carefully designed to minimize the time crews and drivers need to spend at the track on Thursday. If you are unable to attend your scheduled time, you will still be granted access to the pits Thursday. For those arriving on Friday or Saturday, a brief trailer parking window is available each morning from 6:00β€―am to 7:00β€―am. Version Date: 30 October 2025 Further to a review of the 125cc Class Rules in the AIDKA Rule Book by the AIDKA Technical Sub-Committee and the AIDKA Rule Change Panel, the 2025 Rule Book has been updated, with changes taking effect immediately. The following rules have been updated: 32.17 – Parilla Leopard X3033.12 – Parilla Leopard RL34.3 – Bombardier Rotax FR125 Max35.12 – PRD Fireball 12536.21 – PRD Galaxy 125 These updates clarify the Non-Tech Items and Legal Additions for all five approved 125cc engines. AIDKA wishes to advise that the 2025 Rule Book has been updated, with changes taking effect immediately (Version Date: 22/09/2025). Summary of Changes: Rule 11.7 – updated to align with AIDKA Regulations (Rule Change 2025_01).New Rule 23.8g – introduced for numbers and/or number backgrounds (Rule Change 2025_06).Rules 7.3, 9.5a, 9.5b, 13.1 and Appendix A Rule 28 – updated to implement self-scrutineering at Club Events (Rule Changes 2025_07, 2025_08, 2025_09, 2025_10).Rules 28g & 28h – updated for Midget Wheels and Tyres. The AIDKA has developed a new Penalty Handbook to replace Appendix B in the AIDKA Rule Book. This Handbook was prepared by the AIDKA Administration in consultation with the Officials Sub-Committee and experienced Chief Stewards from Title meetings. The Handbook provides clear guidance on penalties for rule breaches, ensuring that Stewards, Officials, and Clubs can apply rules fairly and consistently. Its use will: Give Stewards greater confidence when applying penalties Make it easier to identify the appropriate penalty Ensure consistency across all meetings Support future integration into an electronic reporting system The AIDKA Penalty Handbook will be compulsory for all Chief Stewards from 27th September 2025.
